Our long-standing outsourcing team will carry out the processing surrounding your HR requirements within the framework of individualised and standardised service levels.

We take care of the services in the areas of personnel administration and payroll with this customised service. We provide this service based on our HRFORCE-solution “Austria Edition” or on the SAP ERP HCM system that you already have. The installation of these systems can take place either in
our data centre or on your customised system.

  1. You send us the data required for the personnel administration and payroll using standardised reporting forms, and we process these reports within the agreed time on the system made available to us. When the payroll has been implemented, you will receive all the records needed for further processing. All the pre­paratory and subsequent processes, such as basic activities, legal changes and evaluations will be devised and defined in cooperation with you and to suit your specific needs. This version can be expanded with
    extra modules from our package "Additional Services".

    Client system or HR Force system? – We are flexible and work according to your requirements!

    We decide together whether to use an SAP ERP installation that you already have or an HR Force SAP ERP installation. A messaging system with
    a secure connection is available for continuous communication for this service as well. Permanent data security of the messages is ensured with this system too.

  2. Licences and users

    Licences are provided by us. External access is provided and possible.

    You provide us with licences. Should you not yet have any licences for SAP ERP HCM, you will receive a tailored offer from us. Access to the individual SAP ERP HCM installation is provided for info users. You can therefore draw up and retrieve evaluations very easily yourself.

  3. Functionality

    Your current SAP ERP HCM settings or our HRFORCE-solution “Austria Edition” can form the basis for our package "Customised Payroll" package.

    The full version of HRFORCE-solution “Austria Edition” with all functions can be used as the basis for our package "Customised Payroll" (also in your own SAP ERP System). If you already use SAP ERP HCM, or implementing our solution is not possible because of international settings, the client solution already available or a new solution to be implemented for our package “Customised Payroll” can be used.

    Our services are flexible and are based on your requirements. Individual requirements and services tailored to our customers are part of our everyday business.

    The scope of the services in the area of personnel administration and payroll will be defined in cooperation with you. The possible services cover everything from recording all personnel data to imple­menting the payroll with all follow-up acti­vi­ties. Thus, cooperation is possible bet­ween your personnel department and our outsourcing team. You simply hand over the activities that you would like to outsource. When carrying out the project, we will document your processes in a client manual. Any changes that occur during these services will also be documented.
